🔄 Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)

We only offer exchanges in case the product is damaged during shipping.

To request an exchange:

• You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
• The video must clearly show the damage.
• The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
